Six weeks. That's how long Grace has been in school, and Julia just finished her fourth week. One whole month. I was hoping we would last a bit longer, but I knew that the odds were stacked against us. The flu has already raged through the school population once. We missed it that time, but our luck didn't hold.
Two of us are down, Julia and me, and it's anyone's guess as to how long Grace will take before she succumbs. I don't anticipate that Craig will get sick because he never does. He's a superhero when it comes to illness. The girls and I pass one bug after another to each other all winter long, and now it seems, we're getting an early start. Let the good times roll.

Aw, that is so rotten! I hope you guys get better quickly! Chris is just like Craig, he always manages to fight off illness better than the rest of us. Must be something in those Byron genes.
