We got my dad one of those digital picture frames for his birthday, and I loaded 350 images onto it, including some scans from my scrapbook. This must have been taken in the fall because our dog, Christie, has red streamers tied around her collar (so hunters wouldn't confuse her tawny coat with that of a deer). If Grace and Julia like stories about me as a kid, they absolutely love stories about Christie. They have serious dog envy, and who wouldn't, she was THE BEST.

Stories of the past are so precious..keep telling them and sending the pictures..we made a video of my Mom telling her lifestory..I highly recommend you do the same for your parents..
