sprung

I hope you all can wait until I get my blogging-mojo back. I've started and stopped many posts. I just can't seem to pull thoughts together. In the meantime, I've continued to upload photos to my flickr account. You can always go there and get a guesstimate of our lives.

Spring Break came and went. There was camping (Happy Birthday, Daddy), playing (ridiculous amounts of playing--serious bliss for the girls), and a rapid speed trip to Florida to take the girls to the Kennedy Space Center (and fulfill Grace's wish--sorry to Talli and Bob that we didn't have time to drop by). Below are some of the best moments.

Spring has seriously sprung around here (the pollen is so thick that you can see it hanging in the air like a misty green cloud). This time of year seems ripe with possibility--if only I could put thoughts to post. Ah, well, it will come sometime. If you want something better to read, go see Sarah. She's doing Earth Day posts this month.

Thanks for the plug. 'Green' stuff is what I feel most passionate about - I just don't know how I would translate it into a career. I think I have come to the point of knowing that is truly what I would like to do with my life.

Here is something for you if you want to get out and do something with the girls:

EarthShare Georgia’s Earth Day Party is Atlanta’s premier Earth Day event. Each year, they bring together a diverse group of grassroots environmentalists, devoted philanthropists and professionals to integrate sustainable practices and policies where we work, live and play. Join them on Wednesday, April 21.

That boardwalk looks a bit like Blue Springs! Could you have been there when we tried with Hugh and his family - the Palm Sunday week-end?
Glad you had some good R&R. We got up yesterday to see the launch out back on the golf course in the dark!!
Am I to guess from Sarah that you'll be visiting in GA instead of ME? Did I drop the ball or did plans change?
Love to all -

Talli, It's palm island in Mt Dora. We came down Friday afternoon, Kennedy on Saturday, home on Sunday. I still haven't recovered. I would have called, but I knew we would be super-tight on time. I realized just how much I miss FL--I know we'll be back soon.

Noah and Jessi love, love, love the pic of Grace in front of the rocket garden. They are pretty jealous right about now :).

It's always nice to read whatever you have to say, even if it's just whatever. Can't wait for you to get your blogging-mojo back. I hope to do the same at some point in my life!

Rebecca,
You're going to love watching Noah watch the 3D IMAX movie about the Hubble Telescope. Grace kept reaching her hands out to catch stars! It made me tear up. It was a great day--just enough stuff to wear out the kids--but not too much to make them crazy. And we had the bonus of seeing gators alongside the road when we left!
